TALLORAP, CONCENTRATE OF LUBRICATING FLUID FOR COLD COGGING AND DRAGGING OF METALS

The invention relates tolubricating fluids (LF) and can be used in metallurgical production for various types of cold metal forming both at cogging and dragging of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Occurrence of head fraction of process for distillation of tall oil combined with colza oil in “Tallorap”, LF concentrate allows to improve antifriction properties due to the forming on the contact point between instrument and treatable metal of solid barrier layer of lubricant, which securely and stationary decreases frictional forces, providing for obtainment of high-quality products. The use of “Tallorap”, LF concentrate improves the conditions of deformation at cold cogging of products owing to decreasing of influence of solid friction.
