Before depositing the glue onto the surface, a modifier which is ortho-phenylenediamine is added to the glue in amount of 0.5-3.0 pts. wt per 100 pts. wt of glue, and after deposition, the glue film is dried at room temperature for 1-2 minutes. The glued surfaces are brought into contact under a load for 24 hours.
