FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to thoracic surgery, can be used for oesophagoplasty or tracheoplasty with an enteral autograft. The first stage involves by-pass of a fragment of small intestine. Its ends are closed from both sides. Enteroenteroanastomosis is applied. A venous-arterial bundle is left on the distal end of the fragment. A venous bundle is left on the proximal end of the fragment. The other vessels are ligatured on a mesenteric edge. The second stage, 2-3 weeks later includes relaparotomy to ligature the venous bundle. The graft for its intended purpose is used on the distal vascular bundle. ^ EFFECT: method allows improving blood supply, increasing its length and diametre, straightening the enteral graft. ^ 4 dwg |
