Working element providing for furrow making is inclined with its working base down with the possibility of rotation around geometric (conventional) axis of rotation. Axis of working element rotation providing for furrow making is installed preferably across direction of reciprocal motion of working element. Device comprises brush rotor kicker for kicking off upper layer of soil with weed seeds from cultivated soil. ^ EFFECT: design version will make it possible to reduce load at device deepening and to improve quality of soil cultivation due to kicking off layer of soil contaminated with weed seeds into furrow in process of subsurface soil cultivation. ^ 21 cl, 7 dwg
