FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: lock "OPRUS-4" for connection of formwork elements comprises two pairs of cams arranged with the possibility of displacement relative to each other. One pore of cams is fixed at one end of profiled base. Another pair of cams is installed with the possibility of rotation around axis of hinged joint. Lock has locking device in the form of ""-shaped profile with mirror-like symmetrical slots on their vertical walls arranged with fracture that separates slot into part of preliminary locking and main locking part of slot. Main locking part of slot is arranged at the angle to surface of transverse shelf of ""-shaped profile. Each cam of cam pair with hinged joint is equipped with a cantilevered lever, on which bush is fixed that contacts with slots of locking device, and is installed on the base oppositely to fixed pair of cams at a distance that provides for formwork shields levelling and clamping. Width of base shelf and clear dimension between cams may be arranged as identical and equal to width of standard profile of formwork shield links. Cams may be arranged as flat and profiled of required thickness, for instance by means of stamping, base is arranged as box-like, for instance of rectangular section, and locking device may be equipped with plate-anvils, clamps of cams are arranged with cylindrical contact surface, and angle of slot main locking part inclination to surface of transverse shelf of ""-shaped profile is selected as equal to 3-5. ^ EFFECT: reliable levelling and clamping of formwork shields and other elements, simplified design, reduced material intensity and increased wear resistance and manufacturability, reduced cost of item. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
