PURPOSE: An RFID tag manufacturing method and an RFID tag are provided to manufacture an RFID tag resistant to the external force and the surrounding environments by arranging the circuit chip and the reinforcement member at an additional sheet member. CONSTITUTION: A unit base substrate(22) includes a conductive pattern functioning as an antenna and a circuit chip contacting the conductive pattern. A first sheet member(11) attaches the unit base substrate onto the one side and is larger than the unit base substrate. An upper sheet member(14) includes a reinforcement member(23) between elastic sheet members(12,13) in order to reinforce the circuit chip.
