PURPOSE: A panel transfer apparatus is provided to pick up a panel with a chain drive method and a lift drive method and automatically transfer the panel. CONSTITUTION: A panel transfer apparatus comprises a moving bar(130), a lifting bar(140), a lifting unit(150), and clamps(160). The moving bar is supported on the lower part of a frame(110) and horizontally moves in the traveling direction of a panel. The lifting bar is installed under the moving bar to ascend and descend. The lifting unit is installed in both ends of the moving bar to raise and lower the lifting bar. The clamps are installed on the bottom corners of the lifting bar and uniformly driven to the inner or outer side to clamp the corners of the panel.
