PURPOSE: A dish washer is provided to keep smooth circulation of washing water by preventing blockage of a filter. CONSTITUTION: A dish washer comprises a sump(40), a rotary filter(50), and a washing pump. The sump temporarily stores washing water discharged from a washing tub(4). The rotary filter is installed in the sump and rotates filtering the washing water in the sump. The washing pump is arranged beside the filter and circulates the washing water to the washing tub by pumping up the filtered washing water.
