PURPOSE: A colored implant manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of harmful waste after coating a metal sample using a clean process without chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a colored implant comprises the following steps: a washing step washing a Ti alloy sample; a stationary step leaving a sample(3) within a chamber(2); an exhaust step exhausting the chamber using an exhaust pump; a second cleaning and surface treatment step making the surface of the sample rough; a gas injection step injecting gas for generating pigments into the chamber; a plasma generating step generating the plasma on a Ti alloy target(10); a sputtering particle generation and ionization step which ionizers the plasma by making the plasma bumping against the Ti alloy target; a DC potential accreditation step making the ionized sputtering particle exercise in the direction of the sample; and a coating and color granting step giving the color to the sample while coating the sample. |
