PURPOSE: A charging apparatus of a radio receiver is provided to facilitate the replacement and management of a radio receiver which cannot be used due to loss and damage by changing an ID of the radio receiver arbitrarily. CONSTITUTION: A terminal unit(10) performs data transmission with a radio receiver and supplies power to the radio receiver. The radio receiver is connected to the terminal unit. An input unit(20) receives a message code for updating an ID of the radio receiver. A memory unit(30) stores the ID information of the radio receiver corresponding to the message code of the input unit. When the message code is inputted from the input unit, a control unit(40) extracts the ID information from the memory unit. The control unit updates the ID information.
