<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of achieving both pressure resistance and low ESL of a capacitor element with a simple structure, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor 1, the path of a current flowing in cathode parts 13 of respective capacitor elements connected via a conductive adhesive layer 17, from a lower layer to an upper layer in a laminate 3 and the path of a current flowing from an eaves part 22 to a cathode terminal 7 through a connection part 21, and thus, a low ESL is achieved by mutual inductance effects with the simple structure. Furthermore, pressure resistance of capacitor elements can be sufficiently secured during resin injection because of the structure wherein the laminate 3 is surrounded with the eaves part 22 and the connection part 21. Consequently, a resin mold 4 coating the laminate 3 can be formed by transfer mold, so that excellent heat resistance and moisture resistance can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
