PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle performing a smooth work by jointly using a switching of an elevating and lowering interlocking mode for elevating and lowering a working machine and driving a PTO shaft and an elevating and lowering non-interlocking mode and a switching of an interlocking mode for traveling a traveling machine body and driving the PTO shaft and an independent mode. SOLUTION: A control part is constituted to execute the elevating and lowering interlocking mode together with a control based on an interlocking mode or an independent mode in the elevating and lowering interlocking mode, to intermediately execute the switching from the elevating and lowering interlocking mode to the elevating and lowering non-interlocking mode and execute a control based on the interlocking mode or the independent mode when the PTO shaft is driven when switching from the elevating and lowering interlocking mode to the elevating and lowering non-interlocking mode, and to execute the switching from the elevating and lowering interlocking mode to the elevating and lowering non-interlocking mode and execute a control based on the interlocking mode or the independent mode after waiting for detection of a PTO switching operation or traveling start of the traveling machine body when the PTO shaft is driven and stopped.
