PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a fitting feeling is deteriorated due to increase in thickness after finishing, although a considerable thickness (1.5 mm or more) is given to prevent a phenomenon of setting at the cheek side of a conventional mouthpiece made of a thermoplastic elastic resin and softened with hot water. SOLUTION: The side of a cheek side portion of the mouthpiece is provided with a front stabilizer (a scattering seal)2 not softened with hot water, thereby preventing a setting phenomenon even when the thickness of the cheek side portion at the roof of the mouth in the mouthpiece is 1 mm or less.
