<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor cabinet and wash cabinet which is capable of reducing the size of a tray and which is capable of keeping the tray arranged in a position which hardly disturbs a user of the wash cabinet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The floor cabinet and wash cabinet includes: a cabinet body 3; a top plate part 4 which is provided on the cabinet body 3 and in which a tank part 5 is provided; and a tray 6 which is placed on the top plate part 4. A part 12 to be fitted is constituted by an outer end part that protrudes outward from the cabinet body 3 of the top plate part 4.
