<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station positioning system which can compute a position of the mobile station with sufficient accuracy, when there are proper transmission and reception delay time in equipment, and a time lag in a clock and difference in a clock velocity in the base stations. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile station positioning system includes: a reception time correction part (66, 68, 70) which corrects the reception time of a positioning signal into the time based on the clock having in a standard base station 11, based on the clock velocity ratio between each of normal base station 12 and the standard base station 11, and the time lag of the clock between the clock of the normal base station 12 and the clock of the standard base station 11, and the transmission delay time and the reception delay time at the standard base station 11; and the positioning part 72 which calculates the position of the mobile station based on the corrected reception time, the reception time of the positioning signal at the standard base station 11, and the position information of normal base station 12 and standard base station 11. The mobile station 10 and the standard base station 11 respond to one side and execute the other side, among the transmission of the positioning signal by the mobile station 10 and the transmission of the clock adjustment signal by the standard base station.
