PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing the bows of glasses and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a cleaner surface than the bow of glasses which is manufactured using a conventional injection method by hardening the outside of a core material layer in liquid resin state without damaging a pattern of the bows of glasses. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing the bows of glasses in which a pattern layer is penetrated comprises: a molding body in which a liquid resin flows in by inserting a core material layer(510) and the liquid resin is hardened on the upper and lower parts of the core material layer; and a power unit which makes the liquid resin flow to the molding body using centrifugal force by rotating the molding body.
