The valve has a tube body (1) brought into a hole (2), where the tube body comprises passage openings (3) suitable for inflow and outflow of a fluid. Two chambers (4, 5), which are flow connected together with the passage openings, are formed in the tube body, and an antiflooding valve (6) i.e. non-return-valve, is arranged at a flow path between the chambers or in the chambers for flow of the fluid only in a flow direction. The antiflooding valve comprises a tubular housing (8), and a rubber membrane (9) is arranged in the tubular housing.
