PURPOSE: A method for providing a notice service of the kind of permission concerning a land using a check list is provided to grasp permission/check information necessary for a target business in advance. CONSTITUTION: A check list by stage for providing permission/check information is provided to a user terminal(S110). Options for a check list by a stage item are inputted from the user terminal. A required permission/check item list is derived. The permission/check item list is provided to the user terminal. The permission/check item list is updated through linkage with the inputted options.
