PURPOSE: A seat-type steam apparatus for foot bath ad hip-fumigation is provided to be simultaneously or selectively used for the foot bath and the hip-fumigation while a user seating in a chair conveniently and to prevent the user from being burned using a steam spraying nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A seat-type steam apparatus for foot bath ad hip-fumigation comprises: an upper plate including a circular opening; a frame which horizontally supports the upper plate; a seat back which is installed on the upper plate; a chair(10) which is equipped with a drawer moving back and forth; a left plate including a fumigation hole; a cylindrical fumigation cask forming fumigation space; a fumigation member(100) which is equipped with a steam spraying nozzle; a tooth bath cask; a foot bath member(200) which is equipped with the steam spraying nozzle for the seat bath; a water tank supplying the water; a steam generator; a water supply hose supplying the water to the steam generator; and a steam supply hose supplying hot steam to the fumigation space and the foot bath space.
