PURPOSE: A low-noise structure of a breaker for an excavator with a rubber pad is provided to effectively absorb and reduce hitting noise occurred in a breaker. CONSTITUTION: A low-noise structure of a breaker for an excavator with a rubber comprises a pair of side plates(110), a base plate(120), and a rubber pad(130). The side plates cover a rod(30) and a piston of a front head(10) exposed between a pair of brackets(40). The base plate covers the bottom of the front head. The rubber pad is inserted into a space between the side plates and the front head, and absorbs the hitting noise of the rod and the piston.
