<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery having excellent charge and discharge characteristics without causing a deterioration of energy density accompanying increase in electric resistance and a failure in assembling process of the battery. <P>SOLUTION: In the secondary battery including an electrode and an electrolyte, the electrolyte includes: an electrolyte layer consisting of a polymer, ionic liquid, and Li salt; and an electrolyte layer consisting of ionic liquid and Li salt. The method of manufacturing the secondary battery includes: a step in which a first electrolyte layer consisting of a polymer, ionic liquid, and Li salt is installed on an electrode with a gap provided between small pieces of the electrolyte layer; and a step in which a second electrolyte layer consisting of ionic liquid and Li salt is installed on the first electrolyte layer laminated on the electrode and on the gap of the electrolyte layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
