<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hours of a dust-removing process of removing dust from the jacket having a two-layer structure. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible tube 21 includes the jacket 23 for covering the periphery of a flexible tubular assembly 22, and a coating layer 24 for coating the outside of the jacket 23. The jacket 23 includes a soft resin layer 29 covering the periphery of the flexible tubular assembly 22 and a hard resin layer 30 covering the periphery of the soft resin layer 29. Before the coating layer 24 is formed, the dust-removing process of removing dust stuck to the surface of the hard resin layer 30 is performed. Since the hard resin layer 30 never generates bleed of a plasticizer as in the case of the soft resin layer 29, the man-hour is reduced more than in the case of removing dust from the soft resin layer 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
