<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce noise, even when a level of a vibration signal is out of a detection range. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control device body 3 controls a piezo actuator 2 so that, according to a vibration amount of a floor panel 54 of a vehicle which is detected by an accelerator sensor 1, noise reducing vibration for reducing control space noise caused by vibration of the floor panel 54, and damping vibration for controlling sensor vibration are applied to the floor panel 54. Thereby, even when large disturbance vibration having an amount of vibration exceeding the detection range is input to an accelerator sensor 1, the amount of vibration which is noise detected by the accelerator sensor 1 is controlled within the detection range, and the noise is effectively reduced by detecting the noise with high accuracy.
