<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to easily obtain an operating condition of a seat air-conditioning unit in a seat other than the seat for the driver to make it a proper operating condition without requiring expensive additional components for the other seat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Seat air-conditioning units 3, 5 are provided to the seat 2 for the driver and the other seat 4, in addition to an air-conditioning facility 1. When the seat air-conditioning units 3, 5 can be controlled independently, an air-conditioning panel part 32 is arranged in front of the seat 3 for the driver in a vehicle traveling direction. The air-conditioning panel part 32 is arranged with: an indication/operation part for the air-conditioning facility which indicates an operating condition of the air-conditioning facility 1 and operates the air-conditioning facility 1; and an indication/operation part which indicates the operation conditions of the seat air-conditioning unit 3, 5 for the seats 2, 4 respectively, and operates the operating conditions.
