PURPOSE: An aerial work platform is provided to safely work in a narrow space by moving the platform in a right angle direction, and to secure a wide working space. CONSTITUTION: An aerial work platform comprises a movable bogie(110), a worktable, a lifting device(130), a load cell, and a controller. Multiple wheels(111) are installed in the movable bogie. The wheels are connected by an angle adjustment shaft. The angle adjustment shaft is forcefully rotated by an actuator. The worktable is composed of a step and a handrail, and moved by the movable bogie. The lifting device ascends the worktable. The load cell is installed in the lifting device, and senses a load applied to the lifting device in rear time. If the sensed load is bigger than a pre-stored load, the controller stops driving of the lifting device.
