PURPOSE: In camera and photographing method is the fixed state of the image sensor of camera, the lens unit is made the tilting. In that way the camera angle is controlled. CONSTITUTION: A camera comprises the lens unit(100) and image sensor(200). In the fixed state of the image sensor, the angle of the lens unit about the image sensor is controlled. Using the adjustment of angle, camera obtains a plurality of images. Camera synthesizes a plurality of images. Using synthetic, the panoramic image gets. The overlap portion is used between images to the acquisition of the panoramic image.
