摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus in which transmission weight selection processing is switched in accordance with a propagation path status, an appropriate transmission weight is selected with a reduced computational load and communication characteristics in feedback MIMO are improved. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a wireless communication apparatus comprising a plurality of antennas, including: a receiver for receiving a signal of a channel belonging to a prescribed frequency band from another wireless communication apparatus to acquire channel status information of the channel; a determiner for determining variation of the channel status information; a channel status information calculator for calculating an average value of all the channel status information belonging to the prescribed frequency band as representative channel status information of the overall prescribed frequency band when there is no variation in the channel status information; a transmission weight selector for selecting a transmission weight on the basis of the calculated representative channel status information; and a transmitter for transmitting identification information of the transmission weight to the other wireless communication apparatus.
