摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving wheel speed detection sensor protective structure with a simple structure requiring no mounting operation without using an independent protective component. SOLUTION: In the driving wheel speed detection sensor protective structure, a transmission case 31L storing a belt-type continuously variable transmission supports a power unit 20 by fitting a driving wheel to a rear axle journaled to the rear part, and the front part of the power unit 20 is journaled to a vehicle body frame 4 and swingably supported. The driving wheel speed detection sensor 200 detecting the rotation speed of the driving wheel 21 from the rotation of a gear wheel 114 integrated with the rear axle is mounted near to the gear wheel 114 on the power unit 20 of a vehicle by fitting its chip detection part into the transmission case 31L. Protection walls 29, 150 are formed in a protruding manner integrally with the transmission case 31L in the vicinity of a projecting part exposed outside from the transmission case 31L of the driving wheel speed detection sensor 200 in the power unit 20.
