<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device which prevents the propagation of noise to a power supply line without grounding a lighting unit in which light-emitting diodes are arranged and installed, and an illumination apparatus equipped with the LED lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting device 1 is equipped with a DC power supply circuit 2, a DC-DC conversion circuit 3 which has an insulating transformer T1, a switching element Q1, and a rectifier smoothing circuit 11 and converts the output voltage of the DC power supply circuit 2 into a prescribed DC voltage by a switching on/off-operation of the switching element Q1 and outputs it, light-emitting diodes 5 which are connected between the output of the DC-DC conversion circuit 3 and installed in a housing that is not grounded, and a capacitor 7 for a bypass that is connected between the output terminal 9a of the DC-DC conversion circuit 3 and the ground (E). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
