PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an opening of a blow-molded article in which the opening is easily formed and a shape of the opening is correctly formed. SOLUTION: In the method for forming the opening of the blow-molded article, an opening 10 is formed within a blow-molding mold 20. The blow-molding mold 20 is provided with a cylindrical rotary blade 30 which is slidable within and without a cavity 25 and rotatable to a face of the opening, and a projected part 34 projected from an end 33 is formed in a part of the end 33 of the rotary blade. Blow molding is performed by locating the end 33 of the rotary blade 30 to be slightly projected within the cavity 25, and the rotary blade 30 is made to slide outside from within the cavity 25 after at least a surface of a parison is solidified. Next, the opening 10 is formed by rotating the rotary blade 30 and simultaneously cutting an outer wall of the blow-molded article by using the projected part 34. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
