<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic laminated electronic part that surely protects the surface of an element assembly with a glass layer and appropriately ensures electrical connection between an internal electrode and a base electrode, and also to provide a manufacturing method therefor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ceramic laminated electronic part 1 has: an element assembly 2 comprised mainly of ceramics; an internal electrode 3 which is provided inside the element assembly 2 and is projected from the end face of the element assembly 2; a glass layer 6 covering the surface of the element assembly 2; and a base electrode 7 formed on the glass layer 6 on the end face of the element assembly 2. The internal electrode 3 penetrates the glass layer 6 to the inside of the base electrode 7, and the end part 3a of the internal electrode 3 which reaches the base electrode 7 is thicker than the internal electrode 3 embedded in the element assembly 2.
