<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device which realizes the miniaturization and improvement of assembling workability and prevents a connection terminal from coming off. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fuel supply device 1 comprises a fuel pump 3, a flange unit 4 which is mounted on the wall surface of the fuel tank and provided with a connector 58 connected to a power source for driving the fuel pump 3, an upper cup 5 which covers the fuel pump 3 from the outside, which is engaged with the flange unit 4 and which integrates the flange unit 4 and fuel pump 3 with the fuel pump 3 mounted on the flange unit 4, and wherein the male type terminal of the fuel pump 3 is connected with a connector 58 through lead wire 63. An opening 66 is formed at least over the whole axial direction in the peripheral wall 5b of the upper cup 5 so as to constitute the opening 66 as a relief part of the lead wire 63 when assembling the upper cup 5 in the fuel pump 3.
