<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end structure of a roof member that can prevent the roof member from breaking due to pulling of an opening end part of the roof member, with a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the end structure 1 of the roof member, a roof member 2 includes a base material 3 and a surface skin 4, and has an opening part 20 corresponding to a sun roof 61. A reinforced material 5 is disposed in a circumferential edge of the opening part 20. The reinforced material 5 is arranged such that it covers a base material back surface 302 of the base material 3 and a base material end face 303 of the base material 3 in the circumferential edge of the opening part 20. The reinforced material 5 is extended so as to protrude from the base material end face 303 of the base material 3, and has a reinforced extending part 51 which is thinner than a base material end part 32 of the base material 3. The reinforced extending part 51 is covered with a surface skin extending part 41 which is formed by extending the surface skin 4 from the base material end part 32 of the base material 3, and a tip end part 511 of the reinforced extending part 51 covered with the surface skin extending part 41 serves as an opening end part 21.
