<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a control lever for an agricultural machine in which a switch panel mounted with switches operable by an operator in a steering compartment with his thumb when the operator grips the control lever disposed at the front part of the steering compartment, is formed at the upper part of the control lever and on the opposite side of the operator, and which improves the operability of the switches on the switch panel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The control lever is so designed that a switch panel 48 where switches 51, 52, 53, and 54 operable by the operator 9 in the steering compartment 4 with his thumb when the operator grips the control lever 37 disposed at the front part of the steering compartment 4 is formed on the opposite side of the operator 9 and at the upper part 45 of the control lever 37; wherein the switch panel 48 is formed so that one side end on the side of the operator's thumb of the right and left ends of the switch panel 48 is situated forward from the other end.
