PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor for efficiently calculating a large amount of data with less latency from a large capacity register file. SOLUTION: The processor includes: a calculating means; the plurality of register files which are connected to the calculating means via a crossbar switch and where RAMs with reduced ports and a large capacity are interleaved; and a register cache for storing the calculation result of the calculating means, writing back a calculation result to the register files via the crossbar, and outputting storage data to the calculating means via a path bypassing the crossbar.
