<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cable structure capable of reliably maintaining soundness of electric components while obtaining the desired waterproof effect with a relatively simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The electric cable structure includes a primary-side electric cable 1a, a secondary-side electric cable 1b dividedly arranged to the primary-side electric cable, an intermediate substrate 13 for connecting the primary-side electric cable and the secondary-side electric cable, and a hot melt resin mold part 21 for covering the intermediate substrate. A covered tube of an end part on the intermediate substrate side of the primary-side electric cable is separately arranged so as not to be superposed on the intermediate substrate, and a covered tube of an end part on the intermediate substrate side of the secondary-side electric cable is also separately arranged so as not to be superposed on the intermediate substrate. Even if moisture and oil infiltrate from the primary-side electric cable side, this infiltration is checked by an intermediate substrate-treating part 11 composed of the intermediate substrate and the hot melt resin mold part so as not to infiltrate into the secondary-side electric cable side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
