<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab tilting device capable of improving tilting up efficiency and energy efficiency while inhibiting increase of the number of components and assembly man-hours. <P>SOLUTION: In a tilting cylinder device 3 interposed between a cab 1 and a frame 2 and tilting the cab 1 including a lifting side oil passage 11 feeding/discharging hydraulic oil to/from a lifting side hydraulic chamber 5a and a lowering side oil passage 12 feeding/discharging hydraulic oil to/from a lowering side hydraulic chamber 5b, a pilot check valve 16 is arranged in the lifting side oil passage 11, a pipe 74 communicating the lifting side hydraulic chamber 5a with the lowering side hydraulic chamber 5b is arranged, and a poppet valve 70 shutting off a passage of the pipe 74 during extension is arranged in the pipe 74. The lost motion during traveling is ensured with the hydraulic oil coming in to and going out of the pipe 74. The flow of the pressure oil supplied to the lifting side hydraulic chamber 5a into the lowering side hydraulic chamber 5b through the pipe 74 during extension is prevented by the poppet valve 70.
