<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlled release preparation which releases active ingredients for a long period of time by staying or slowly moving in the gastrointestinal tract. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides (1) a capsule including a tablet, a granule or a fine grain, being controlled in release of the active ingredients, and a gel-forming polymer; (2) a capsule described in (1), wherein the release of the active ingredients is controlled with a release-controlling film formed on a core particle including the active ingredients; (3) a capsule described in (2), wherein the release-controlling film includes a pH-dependently soluble polymer; (4) a capsule described in (2), wherein the release-controlling film is a diffusion-controlling film; and (5) a capsule described in (1), wherein the release of the active ingredients is controlled by dispersing them in a release-controlling matrix constituting the tablet, the granule or the fine grain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
