PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable film having extremely excellent moisture permeability; a coating agent, a filler for a coating film, and a coated sheet having high antimicrobial and antifungal properties. SOLUTION: This moisture-permeable film contains a matrix resin, and collagen powders comprising a crosslinked regenerated collagen, wherein a communication degree of the collagen powders is 1-95%. The coating agent contains a matrix resin and a filler, wherein the filler is a powdered filler containing an organic resin and an aluminum salt, the aluminum salt being chemically bonded to the organic resin.
