<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric energy consumption volume due to thermal power generation used in a plant by generating electric energy by means except the thermal power generation during operation of a reciprocating compressor 1. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A coil spring 37 vertically elongated and contracted by elastic force is provided between the lower surface of the bed 3 of the reciprocating compressor 1 and the floor surface F of the plant. A permanent magnet 43 is arranged on the lower surface of the bed 3 to be positioned inside of the coil spring 37.
