<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous particle oriented coating film for which fibrous particles are oriented at an orientation rate ≥80% and a coating method of the fibrous particle oriented coating film, and to provide the fibrous particle oriented coating film which is advantageous in electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics and conductivity, etc., by regularly orienting the fibrous particles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When forming the fibrous particle oriented coating film by a bar coating method, by using a coating bar for which a groove is equally provided on the entire circumference of a columnar coating bar and the width W of the groove is ϕ≤W≤3000×ϕ (ϕ: the length of the short axis of the fibrous particle), the regularly oriented fibrous particle oriented coating film is obtained.
