ILLUMINATION LIGHTING DEVICE AND LIGHTING FIXTURE

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount and dismount a ballast on and from a lighting fixture easily and reliably, so that a ballast with dimension difference or wire connection difference of a lamp lead wire can be easily mounted on or dismounted from the lighting fixture. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 6 includes: a ballast 3 as an illumination lighting device equipped with an input connector 1 for connecting an input power source and an output connector 2 for connecting a light source; a connector 4 for power source connection for outputting commercial power; and a connector 5 for light source connection for connecting the ballast 3 to the light source. The ballast 3 is mounted on the lighting fixture 6 by connecting the input connector 1 and the output connector 2 of the ballast 3 with the connector 4 for power source connection and the connector 5 for light source connection fitted on the fixture 6 side. Moreover, at least either the connector for power source connection 4 or the connector for light source connection 5, both fitted on the fixture 6 side, can move so as to correspond to a shape of the ballast 3.
