PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet having transparency, oil resistance and low-temperature molding property. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet comprises: a block copolymer resin composition as an intermediate layer, which is composed of the following (a) of 20 to 90 pts.mass and the following (b) of 80 to 10 pts.mass and has a Vicat softening temperature of 65°C to 85°C; and a polyester-based resin as surface and back surface layers, wherein (a) is a block copolymer of which the ratio of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon to conjugated diene is 60/40 to 85/15 or a copolymer composition essentially comprising the block copolymer and (b) is at least one kind of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-based polymer selected from a copolymer (1) obtained by adding a compound having at least one kind of functional group selected from unsaturated carboxylic acid, unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride and epoxy to the terminal of the block copolymer of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and conjugated diene, a copolymer (2) of monomers having vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and unsaturated carboxylic acid groups and a copolymer (3) of monomers having vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride.
