PURPOSE: A method for constructing panel connection walls of an underground structure is provided to prevent the ground from being deformed or subsided by constructing walls without excavating soil. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing panel connection walls of an underground structure is as follows. Columns(80) are installed in the end point of walls of an underground structure. Multiple borings are excavated between the columns, and support pipes are inserted. Soil of a space between a pair of connection panels is eliminated. Reinforcing bars are arranged within the space between the connection panels. Concrete is placed in the space. The support pipes and connection panels are eliminated before the concrete is completely dried.
