<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop movement of a movement member and to suppress increase of weight and size. <P>SOLUTION: In the webbing rolling-up device 10, a rack tooth 52A of a piston 50 is engaged with a pinion tooth 34A of a pinion 32 by moving the piston 50, and the pinion 32 is rotated in a rolling-up direction. Here, a deformation member 54 is attached to a space between the rack teeth 52A of a lower part of the rack 52. Thereby, when the rack tooth 52A of the lower part of the rack 52 is engaged with the pinion tooth 34A, movement energy of the piston 50 is absorbed by elastically deforming or plastically deforming a deformation member 54 by the pinion tooth 34A. Therefore, when the rack tooth 52B at the lowermost end of the rack 52 is engaged with the pinion tooth 34A, movement of the piston 50 can be stopped. Accordingly, movement of the piston 50 can be stopped by a relationship of the piston 50 and the pinion 32, and the increase of the weight and size can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
