<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter which can obtain good spectral characteristics and is superior in light resistance. <P>SOLUTION: Color filters 14B, 14G, and 14R of blue (B) color, green (G) color, and red (R) color are formed on a semiconductor substrate 18 and an insulating layer 13. The color filter 14B of B color is formed by laminating a dielectric multilayer film layer 20V having a spectral characteristic of violet (V) color and a colorant containing composition layer 21B of color B. The color filter 14G of G color is formed by laminating a dielectric multilayer film layer 20Y having a spectral characteristic of Y color and a colorant containing composition layer 21G of color G. The color filter 14R of R color is formed by laminating a colorant containing composition layer 20R having a spectral characteristic of R color and a dielectric multilayer film layer 21Y of color Y. Since each of color filter 14B, 14G, and 14R comprises the highly robust dielectric multilayer film layer and the colorant containing composition layer having a good spectral characteristic, good spectral characteristics are obtained and light resistance is excellent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
