PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming apparatus with which cleaning ability to specific small-diameter spherical toner is easily improved. SOLUTION: As the toner, the toner with the ratio of toner of≥0 mass% and≤20 mass% which has the average roundness of≥0.97 and≤1, the volume average particle size of≥3μm and≤7μm, and the number average particle size of≤3μm is applied, and the abrasion powder amount of a latent image holder accumulated on the cleaning blade of a cleaning means is≥0.1 mg/cm and≤1.0 mg/cm.
