PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless apparatus capable of improving communication efficiency, and to provide a wireless network with the wireless apparatus. SOLUTION: When a packet is stored only in one of queues storing packets addressed to two wireless apparatuses with common packet transmission source and transmission destination, each of wireless apparatuses constituting a wireless network transmits a plurality of packets after consolidating a plurality of body parts thereof (steps S25, S28, S29). Furthermore, when packets are stored in both the two queues, each wireless apparatus transmits the two packets after consolidating their two body parts using any one of logic consolidation, concatenated consolidation after logic consolidation, logic consolidation after concatenated consolidation, and concatenated consolidation after logic consolidation after concatenated consolidation (steps S29, S33, S34, S37, S38).
