PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehend an operation situation in each of peripheral devices.

SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus has: computer terminals 100 each having a processed information transmission part; and a power consumption management device 300 having an operation situation storage part. The computer terminals 100 and the power consumption management device 300 are connected to each other via a communication network 50. The communication network 50 is connected with the peripheral devices 200. The processed information transmission part of the computer terminal 100 transmits processed information to be processed by the peripheral device 200 and processing method information showing a method of processing the processed information to the peripheral device 200 via the communication network 50. The operation situation storage part of the power consumption management device 300 stores at least one of peripheral device operation information showing that the processed information transmission part of the computer terminal 100 has transmitted the processed information and the processing method information to the peripheral device 200, and the operation situation of the peripheral device shown by the peripheral device operation information.
