<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanoparticle formulation of a vascularization inhibitor and to provide a method for producing and using the formulation. <P>SOLUTION: The nanoparticle formulation includes at least one low-soluble vascularization inhibitor and at least one surface passivation agent. The nanoparticle formulation has an average particle diameter of below about 2,000 nm, and the vascularization inhibitor formulation is highly increased in speed of the action expression, reduced in size of a tablet or other solid formulation, or volume, if it is a liquid administration formulation, reduced in a necessary amount of drug administration, increased in bioavailability, improved in pharmacokinetics-profile, increased in dissolution rate, exhibits bioadhesiveness, and so on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
